Why do people sound louder and quieter depending on where the Camera is pointing on xbox 360 games?

John asked:
On games such as assassins creed or fable 2, When the dialog starts i can hardly hear them if the camara is pointing to the right but when the camara is pointing to the left they are loud but either way they are still on the screen and its annoying. Why is this and how do i fix it?. My xbox 360 elite is top model etc and the disk has no scratches so its really bugging me.

It’s too intensify the realistic tension in the game.
In real-life, do you hear people better when your back is turned to them, or when you are facing them?

Must be either the game or your xbox I would suggest borrowing a friends copy of Fable 2 to see if this problem continues. If it does then it’s probably your xbox that’s got a glitch. If it doesn’t its your game

To me it sounds like one of your speakers is messed up. If you are playing on surround sound, I would check the connections for the left speaker. Because when the camera is looking to the right it would be the equivalent of listening with your left ear. If you are playing with the speakers on the television I would check the audio setting to make sure the speakers are balanced out in the options. Also check the inputs from your system to the television because if you they are not fully inserted they can produce that effect also. It shouldnt be a problem with your system or with the disc.
